Sitecore 9.2 Installation - Sitecore Install Assistant (SIA)
Sitecore installation in the previous version is tedious using SIF(Sitecore Installation Framework) as we need to configure all the parameters also if during any stage if the installation got interrupted again to we need to modify the Master_SingleServer.json file to start from the place it got interrupted. But with Sitecore 9.2 initial release we have a fantastic feature to install Sitecore 9.2 easily with much work from our end. Let Install Sitecore 9.2 XP Single Download SIA ( Graphical setup package for XP Single ) under the section Download options for On-Premises deployment ( https://dev.sitecore.net/Downloads/Sitecore_Experience_Platform/92/Sitecore_Experience_Platform_92_Initial_Release.aspx ) Also, download Install Solr 7.5 version Unzip the folder and select setup.exe.config Edit environment relevant setting in this file like(Solr URL, SQL details etc) Select setup.exe and open with an Administrator account Input all necessary details
